Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use thoroughly and completely. Any participation in the services we provide constitutes an agreement of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, it is recommended that you not use the service.

Contract

Himalayas Travels is in contract with you once we have accepted your holiday booking and sent you a confirmation. We accept no responsibility for incorrect details – all of that should be provided and verified on your end. Any discrepancies should be brought to our attention immediately and should be before the issuance of any travel documentation. Otherwise, you will be liable for whatever cost is incurred in amending the required documents.

Payments

We require a deposit upon conformation of booking. However, full payment is required should your chosen holiday package be a special offer. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payments aren’t made on time.

A payment in full is not subject to price increases. Paying a deposit guarantees a spot, but the final price isn’t fixed as airlines and hotels can increase their rates at any time. We will inform you of changes, and you also deserve the right to cancel your booking and obtain a refund. However, we will need to be notified within a reasonable amount of time.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or changes as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Civil strife, political unrest, terrorist activity, and natural disasters are just a few of the unforeseen circumstance that our outside the control of Himalayas Travel.

Hotel Accommodation

Photos of hotels and other forms of accommodation presented are shown the way they were given to us. We make sure that information we show is not misleading, but we cannot be held accountable for the limited availability of rooms or the lack of facilities owing to hotel maintenance or other conditions.

Travel Documents & Health Requirements

You alone bear the responsibility for securing all the necessary travel documents – passports, visas, etc – before booking a holiday. It is also your responsibility to secure the necessary health certificate requirements needed for your trip.
